When I'm trying to install the software for Deskjet D2360 I just get an "Access is Denied" error message and when I view the installation error logs I end up getting this:
I followed the steps listed under Resolving Access Denied Error but it didn't work. I'm running Windows Xp Pro with Service Pack 3.
