**Updated 8/3/2012 with updated videos
The following videos demonstrate how to find and install a printer driver. The description above each video explains what operating system, type of install, and product is shown.
Windows XP (USB)
This video shows the process for downloading and installing a full featured printer driver. When you download your software, you can choose between a full and basic version of the software. The full featured driver is much larger, but is strongly recommended. This shows installing the HP PSC 1315, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers.
Windows Vista (USB)
This video shows the process for downloading and installing a full featured printer driver in Windows Vista. For some products, you can connect a USB cable and print in Vista without installing this software. Installing this software is strongly recommended. This video shows installing the HP PSC 1315, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers.
Windows 7 (USB)
This video shows the process for downloading and installing a full featured printer driver. When you download your software, you can choose between a full and basic version of the software. The full featured driver is much larger, but is strongly recommended. This shows installing the HP Photosmart Premium c309a, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers.

**8/03/2012 - updated to reflect new videos with changed website navigation.**
The videos posted above are for the full version of the driver. Usually that's a larger file, but has all the software to use all the features of your product. There's also a smaller driver available - commonly called the Basic driver.
Here's a video that explains why you'd want to choose the Full over the Basic version of the driver.
Now that I've explained why you'd want to choose the full driver, here are some videos for downloading and installing the basic versions of the software.
Windows XP (USB)
This video shows the process for downloading and installing a basic printer driver. The basic driver does not include all the features available from the full feature driver, for example, scan buttons on the control panel will not start a scan. The full featured driver is strongly recommended instead of the basic driver shown here. This shows installing the HP PSC 1315, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers.
Windows Vista (USB)
This video explains how to download and install a basic driver in Windows Vista. The basic driver does not include all the features available from the full feature driver. The full featured driver is strongly recommended instead of the basic driver shown here. This video shows installing the HP C309a driver, but the instructions are the same for many HP printers.
Windows 7 (USB)
This video shows the process for downloading and installing a basic printer driver. The basic driver does not include all the features available from the full feature driver - for example, scan buttons on the control panel will not start a scan. The full featured driver is strongly recommended instead of the basic driver shown here. This shows installing the HP Photosmart Premium c309a, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers.
