hi, we have about 30 P3015 laserjet printers and are managed by WJA. i am trying to reset the Web services password but it is not working. the template applies fine but doesnt actually changes the password. the new password is 10 character long (also tried 7 characters) with alpha-numeric-special characters. any hints ???
