I have Brighthouse for my phone, internet and tv. I recently moved and at my previous house I had brighthouse and the same all in one and the same phone. I do have a new computer with windows 7.
If I pull the phone line out I can get incoming calls. If I plug the phone line in I only get a busy signal on incoming calls. Disconnecting the power or the usb it makes no difference.

Hi jff513,
Correct me if i am wrong on what I beleive you are speaking about. You are connecting a phone into the phone port of the printer under the line in port, and when you do this you are getting a buzy signal. I would have to say that you either have a bad phone cable or the phone is causing the issue, also look inside the phone port, and make sure that the internal contacts are not shorting out. Let me know what you find out?

I found the problem. When I used a 2 line phone cord incoming calls got a busy signal. When I changed to a 1 line phone cord incoming calls came through. I have only 1 line.
