Where can I get the HP Support Center program for my HP Photostat e-all-in-one d110a?

I have a HP Photosmart e-All-In-One d110a that I am trying to find the HP Support Center program for.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the complete software/driver package for the printer a few times with no luck.

 

I am running an HP Pavilion HPE h8-1237 desktop PC with Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 64-bit, 10 GB RAM, 2TB   HDD, Intel(R) core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.0 GHZ processor, the printer is connected with USB cable to a USB hub.  I have the HP Digital Imaging Monitor icon in the taskbar but it won't do anything when I click it.

 

Like I said, I have uninstalled the software package, HP imaging monitor from the Uninstall Programs in Control Panel, cleaned the registry, ran diskeeper and then reinstalled the complete software package with NO results.

Hi,

Please clarify which error message appear during the installation.

 

Also make sure to plug the USB directly to a free USB port of your PC and not through the hub, it may cause communication problems due the high electrical power the device use over the USB connection.

No error. It installs, but am unable to launch HP Support Center by icon or HP Digital Imaging Monitor icon in taskbar. When I click on the taskbar icon, an HP symbol shows up just very briefly (you can barely see it), but that's all, no program starts. It's like the icons don't go anywhere.
