Windows 7 forum HP6300 solution center

Windows 7

Photosmart C6350

HP Solution Center doesn't recognize network printer.  I have the exact same setup on my other HP computer and it found the network printer with no problems.

Have verified that the computer is recognizing the network printer, so why doesn't the solution center find it so I can scan wirelessly?

Hello dstuff

 

I would suggest trying the HP Network Diagnostic Utility and the HP Scan Diagnostic Utility. You can find them both under the Utility section on the driver page. Just follow the link below and select the version of Windows 7 you are running.
