Wireless All-in-One Printer B110a Photosmart Brand new.

My new HP printer will not go past installing the cartridges. The error I get is:

             Ink System Failure 0xc19a0036

             Please turn Printer Off & then On

I have taken them out an replaced them a number of times.

I have done a search on the HP site for the error code, I did not find the exact number in the error code but followed the instructions for some of the similar ones. But it still does not work.

Twice it went to 'Load paper' but then the error came again.

The cartridges I am trying to load are the ones that came with the printer, so they should be fine.

If you have, then the printer has a hardware issue, and you should call HP Technical Support for repair or replacement options.
