Recently our office plotter belt got damaged and i have enquired in hp site about the service and replacement. I have logged a call also. the case id is 4666947287. Actually it took me 2 weeks to get quotation from the hp office in bangalore after some phone calls. replacement and the service are made by 13.12.2011. After i followed with the bangalore office to get the invoice for the service. Even after so many phone calls and mails they not responded. by 26.12.2011 they responded with the invoice no. in mail and they told that they sent the invoice by courier. Even after 2 jan i didn't got the courier. When i enquired abt the courier after follow up they sent me the docket no. and by calling afl courier i found incorrect address specified in the courier. i some how managed to change the address to the correct address in courier office. finally i received invoice and again found incorrect billing address. When i tried to call them through phone no picks up for more than 4 days. Hp is very keen in getting the cash in advance for the work but they do not support after getting the cheque. finally i was in trouble for not submitting the invoice copy to my finance dept. This is not the first time for me with hp. every time when i call to hp i encounter so much of trouble...and there is no link in website to compliant also. really fedup with this hp. I am **bleep** sure that i am not going to purchase any hp products in future.
