Loaded the J4680 printer software up on two of my desk tops, this week I have the blue screen of death on each. It will not boot to the OS nor will it go to the safe mode. It is telling me that either new software or hardware instal has corrupted my OS. One computer has Vista the other has XP. Is the softawre corrupt that came with the printer or did and up-date download and corrupt my stuff. All are on a wirless system with the security enabled. I had problems with my lap-top not printing so I uninsatlled the printer software and have not re-loaded it yet I'm afraid to do so. Any help out ther HP advised me to call the computer manufactures. They als said I can down load the drivers and software from this sight. I might just return the HP this is the first on that I personally purchased.
I'm so frustarted, I have to clean the hardrive on both machine and re-load the OS. For the most part I backed up my stuff but will loose two weeks of work!!!!
