the time display in the window is not correct. But the date is. How do I reset the time to the correct hour???

The printer is connnected to two PC's and receives updates periodicaly.

HI,

 

You should be able to set the time in the setup menu of the printer, so on the printer press setup, go to basic setup and press ok. From there find Date and Time and press ok. You should be able to correct the time now.

Hey, it worked. I must have went thru setup 10X and never found time/date setup. But if you keep punching it finally shows up. I wonder why the procedure is not covered in thier very skimpy instructions that come with the printer?
