Every time I boot my laptop (3-4 times/day) I get the HP Install window, followed by a warning that I don't have Admin privileges. My company does not give me Admin rights. I called a help ticket to get the printer installed initially , and everything works fine, except now every time I re-boot I get the same 2 windows telling me it is yet again installing, and again I am not allowed to do that. Since all of the functions of the printer work just fine, can I turn off that boot-up activity and message?
I have a screen shot of this if you need to see it.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I am a bit of a novice, and don't know where to find
services.msc
Also I don't have admin rights so I hope that doesn't mess up the solution.
