When I power up lights flash and error code diplayed for fraction of second the white screen. code can only be captured by using a camcorder so it can be paused. Lights continue flashing and if you press the power off button it goes off then back on again, no actions are possible like printing, copying etc. The only way to to stop the flashing lights is to switch of at the power socket.. Sometimes when you switch back on it appears to be functioning however this is very short lived!!!

I am having exactly the same problem on my C6380 with the same error code.  Were you able to get any help resolving your problem?
