how can I perform a selftest on photosmart d6160 using the buttons on the frontpanel. I am using Windows 7 64 bits and can not control the status of my cartridges. Or is there another way. The orange light is on meaning one of my cartridges is almost empty but I can not see wich one.

Perform a self test. Push and hold on/off button - Push resume button once (button with arrow facing downwoards)- Release on/off button. Normally a page will print showing the status of the cartridges.
Be aware, this only works with original HP cartridges
