cannot connect to printer c410

I cannot get the printer to connect via cable. I get to the stage where the wizard trys to search for printer but it can never find it. Anyone got an idea why? or Does anyone know how to get onto a hp product support phone number?

Hi brianjames_11,

 

When you connect the Ethernet cable to the port on the printer do you see the Amber and yellow link lights?
