I cannot set up wireless communication between mac pro book and hp 6510e.  Am using 3 mobil wifi which is recognised by the printer as having a good signal.  Cannot connect to my ipad or iphone either.

I would recommend the following article it should help the printer to maintain connection.

Printer Does not maintain Wireless Connection

 

Once you have the printer setup with a static IP are you able to Ping its address? If you are unsure how to ping you can check out the page below. You should see replies otherwise the mobile wifi may not be sending packets to the printer.
