I tried adding a new admin, re-downloaded the full package and while adding the device, it still comes up and says printer not found on network.  I can still print to it and everything else seems to work except the solution center and being able to scan directly to the PC.

Install the printer using the USB connection, and let me know if you have the same issues?

Hi RWADEK,

 

The only thing I can suggest at this point would be to try installing the printer on a different computer to isolate the hardware causing the issue. If you have a friend or relative that would allow you to install the printer this would help isolate the issue. As you are still unable to install the printer via USB then It does sound like you have some issues with your operating system. Let me know what you find out?

I have the same problem, until I happen to update the adobe flash player.  Have you done this?
