I am trying to use my Officejet 4200 series printer/scanner with Windows 7 Home but the pdf file option that was available when I used the Windows XP OS is no longer available.  Any suggestions?  Hap Miller

I  am getting the "printer cartridge not recognized " error message. I have installed a new #74 cartridge, but it is still there.....any thoughts.....??    I do not have the CD-Rom for reinstalling so can you send that to me or what should I do...thanks
