Ive installed everything on the C309a series printer everthing works and its is communicting with my laptop (wireless) put Im getting this error when I try to print a test page or anything for that matter.

 

FUNCTION ADDRESS 0xedccf849 caused a protection fault (exeption code 0xc000005)

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
