There is no option to disable the power save on this model. Why are you attempting to disable power save?

We need to disable power save mode because it keeps turning on while our printer is in the middle of printing documents. Unnecessary option. Please, find a way to disable the mode or we will have to replace it with a different model.

Restore defaults:

1. Setup

2. Tools

3. Restore defaults

My 4500 goes into power saver mode, and I have to unplug the power cord to get it to restart. I t owon't come out

on its own. Please help , Thanks

How do you have the printer connected to your computer?

Follow the steps below

1. Remove the power from the printer for 1 to 2 minutes

2. Make sure that the power cable is plugged directly into the wall outlet when you turn the printer back on.
