hp deskjet 3050A and D1560

Pls I need a help here. my printers hp deskjet 3050A and D1560 are having a problem at the same time in terms of black ink I bought black ink last week for both of them and its a suprise that they print black text but only to find out that both printers can't print black text today. Pls what can I do now?

Hello kennexfex

 

Are they both Genuine HP ink cartridges? Also the following article should help troubleshoot. Please include your operating system and which applications you have tried printing from.

Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues (Deskjet 3050A)

 

Printed Colors Are Not the Colors Expected (If you get to the end of this article there is another article to continue troubleshooting in)

Yah they are genuine HP Ink catridges and my OS is window 7
