hp deskjet f380 not printing

Hi can anybody guide me my HP deskjet F380 is not printing and orange light keeps flashing. The ink cartidges are practically full?

Maybe this is the orange light flashing ?

 

 

If so, open the front door, remove the two cartridges, and then try to put just one cartridge and check the light.

 

  •    

 

 

1. Try first with the color cartridge, check the lights, then remove it.

 

2. Then try with the black cartridge, check the lights, then remove it.

 

  •  

 

3. Then put the two cartridges inside and check.

Thankyou i carefully followed the steps you provided me but  the orange print cartridge light is stll blinking and there is an E on the display panel. What do i do now?

Hi. I kinda have the same problem. Mine is an Hp deskjet 3740, and the power button keeps blinking. I've determined that the black ink cartridge is the problem, but it's also new. I replaced it a couple of months ago, and it was working fine up until last week. I barely use the printer so I can't figure it out what happened to it. I cant even get it to print out a test page. what should I do next?

Ink cartridges have their own warranty dates. If you are having an issue with a OEM cartridge you will need to call our technical support at 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please click the link below to get the support number for your region.
