Set-up to wireless and laptop no problem, ran test print and 1 photo. Scrolling through the "Apps" clicked on "Coupons" put in my zip and nothing...ever. Screen is now black, blank and seems to be "frozen". I can't go to "home" , 'back" or even turn machine off.
Thinking I should unplug and start over but I'm pretty new at this, not to mention I JUST got this printer and would hate to mess it up day 1.
