hp solution center version 130.0.44.62 not loading

Hi,

Using a Media Center Edition- Version 2002 PC, running XP service pack 3. I have a HP Photosmart C4585 printer connected, when this was installed the application HP Solution Center version 130.0.44.62 was also installed.

When i tried to load this application from a shortcut or from programmes Solution Center starts loading up, the title bar displays HP Solution Center but the rest of the window has a black background.

Help on this please?

In response to your last message.  This was a new installation of a C4585 printer, my previous hp printer packed in, so I bought a brand new one. Situation has not changed, the HP Solution Center still not working.

I have the same problem: HP soulution center, not loading.

I have the HP officejet  J4580 cd that came with my Printer package.

It also loaded HP Solution Center, yet I can't find it on the CD, to re-load again?
