i hate HP setups , i feel like they think I'm one stupid customer

i have the HP C7283 for a year and every time i need to install it i think to myself this is the last time i buy HP printers
1.why the setup take so long when installing only drivers
2.why the size for printer and scanner drivers are 160m, what the hell r we installing
3 why cant i install each driver separately, so ill be able to add the scanner with the XP wizard and a simple .inf file
4 why if the scanner appears in the imaging device in the device manager and in the Scanners and Cameras trough control panel
   i don't have it in the Scanner and Camera Wizard
i really don't understand this , today that more and more people know more in computers is this the way to make them feel , that HP think they're stupid
i will be happy to read your comment or maybe a solution, not that i believe you have one
