I have a hp photosmart preminum wireless printer c309a (print, fax, scan and copy) just purchased a new hp cpu windows 7 previously had xp. When I print documents some of the print is clear but the majority of the document is faded. The photo ink I purchased is 564 photo however I just read the box and it says does not replace 564 black ink could this be the problem? Please provide suggestions do not have funds to replace printer. Thanks.
