i have an all-in-one copier, scanner....etc. but when i try to scan documents to my computer, it say

I have an All-in-one, copier, scanner....etc. When I try scanning documents from my scanner to my computer, it's says there is no scanner available.

Give me  more information about the All in one printer like the model, what is the printer connection, the operating system of the pc...You also make sure if the copy function works well..

Ah...yes that'd be helpfull. My first time using this message board set up.

I have an hp Officejet D110 AIO.

   I found another post that showed how to get into the setup menu, tried that but it didn't work.

My printer, will copy and print, just doesn't scan. :smileysad:

first of all you make sure if the installation yo made was completed suscessfully, if yes make sure that the services WIA(Windows Image Acquisition) and hardware detection shell are with the next settings...

startup type:automatic

service status:started...

 

To open those services you press windows key plus R and then write services.msc and look for them....
