I had to reinstall my Officejet 6500 on my computer. The computer has noticed the printer when i plug the USB cord into the USB hub but when I try to install the drivers the computer cannot link up with the printer. Power is on and the USB cable is connected. Any help would be a blessing.

Generally USB Hubs cause problems when installing printers try plugging the printer directly into the back of the computer and try installing then.
