installation is stuck on adding set up cartridges. add the cartridges and setup screen still stuck (66 Views)

installation is stuck on adding set up cartridges. add the cartridges and setup screen still stuck

Using Window 7, 32 bit.  Trying to install HP Photosmart 7515

 

Have tried removing and reinstalling ink cartridges but set up process stuck on Use Set Up Cartridge screen.
