I recently moved, I am trying to connect my printer and now for some reason it will not power on. It is a photosmart 1315. I have it connected with the usb and the wall plug. can anyone think of a reason it will not come on.

Do you still have the same problem? If so please try the following article. It contains easy to follow troubleshooting steps if your printer will not turn on. If the problem persists it will need to be serviced.

I threw the printer away. I bought a new one. When I called for help the young man only wanted to sale me one and not help me try to repair mine. So I ended up with a different one. Sorry. I wasn't too impressed with your customer service.

my friend gave me his Hp deskjet 2050-j510 since he decided to go back to his country. i don't know when was the date of purchase of the product. can i still install the said product to my computer?how? please guide me what to do.

You should be able to install the printer just fine. What operating system do you have and are you installing it over USB?
