lap top printer communication

I had good communication between hap HP G62 printer and my HP Photosmart printer then I lost wireless communication between the two. I tried to uninstall and install the printer and that did not work. It appears that I have communication between the router and printer and router and lap top but I can not send work to the printer. Any ideas?
