Hi - I am trying to set up the scan to email feature on an m3027.
I have configured and validated the smtp relay
Emails are sent successfully and I receive them but with no attachment.
This is the log of a failed job -

Subject
canned image from RP DUBLIN
E-mail Destination(s)
to: my email address (Success)
E-mail processed by the Device
File format: jpeg (color)
File Size:0
I have replaced the firmware
I have tried pdf and jpeg as the file type.
It seems that the file is never created as the log always says filesize:0
What am i doing wrong? Do I need to set up anything else? thanks
