main roll path almost out of substraight

 Hi All

 

We are running a HP Designjet L25500 printer, for the first time since we got it 13mths ago, I ran the media down to the very last 1/4 meter on the roll, the error message "main roll path almost out of substraight" came up and would not let me continue printing. It went away after I form feed + Cut. It still randomly appears and interupts printing.... very frustrating. 

 

Anybody know how to fix it? Resolve it??
