My product name is HP Officejet 4500.

The cd of installation does a message of "cycling error of "ripetition" and the installation doesn't work. After i saw that this is present when a cd is corrupt, and I ASK FOR THE SOSTITUTION OF CD. Thanks.

You can download the latest software from the link below. Just choose your operating system and download the full feature software. Once it is done downloading double click the file and setup should launch.

Officejet 4500 Software
