Constantly receive the error on my pc, but the printer is connected via usb. I had this problem with my last HP printer, HP troubleshot it online and decided to replace it. It happens regardless of what usb cable is connected to it. It Rules out the cable. Just replaced my pc, all new/updated programs, It's an HP problem. Additionally, I see lines when printing photos on photo paper, before and after changing printheads.
