Has anyone else had problems with this model printer?
I hasnt worked properly since it was new and we've been back and forth to tech support with no improvements in performance. It's now out of warranty, and frankly they are having it back whether they like it or not.
Does anyone know how we go about contacting HP or how to go about taking this further?

How it did not work?
from printing wirelessly? scanning wirelessly?
please make sure that the network of your computer and the network of your printer are the same, this printer is capable of recieving all the available network within its range.
