officejet pro k850 prints print head diagnostic page, indicates faulty/incompatible heads

Bought 4 new print heads, connected USB, updated firmware, reistalled driver, used Diagnostic Utility, phoned/ e-mailed HP many times, Officejet Pro K850 only ever prints PH diagnostic page when turned on, then indicates faulty/incompatible PHs in blinking lights, and Toolbox software.  Help!

J'ai le même problème sur plusieurs K850. N'étant plus sous garantie, je ne vois pas comment solutionner le problème.
