Have you replaced the black cartridge according the error message or did the error appeared after replacing the cartridge?
Follow the steps listed under '0xc19a0013' or no code displays with the 'Ink System Failure' message below, then check for any change:
If the issue appeared as a result of replacing the cartridge, more likely the new cartridge is deffective, contact the retailer to apply the cartridge warranty
If the issue appeared before replacing the print cartridge, it might caused by the Printhead assembly or by an harware failure and will require servicing the product.
If my post resolved your problem, please mark it as as Accepted Solution

Thanks for your help. I switched on the printer and put in a new cartridge into the black unit. there was no cartridge in the slot which may have been the problem. I continued to have the message with every effort to resolve the problem. Switching on and off as per instructions, cleaning the electric leads on cartridges and the print head, using some increased pressure to bed the cartridges etc to no avail.
I found the link helpful in guiding me through this process but unfortunately it hasn't resolved the problem. Perhaps the print head is the problem seeing there was no cartridge in place and has damaged the head. Who knows, perhaps the next step is returning it to the seller or accessing a service centre. Maybe a new print head but I am reluctant to buy parts if this is not the cause of the problem
