Have a Photosmart 5510. Black stopped printing 2 days ago. Put in new ink cartridge. Ink levels show it's full. Alignment done, but says with errors - no instructions what to do about those errors !
How do you get the black to print???????
When did it become a problem to replace an ink cartridge?????

What error message are you receiving from the printer?
If you put the old cartridge back into the printer do you still get this message?

Hi KDAZ, as Black isn't printing, try following steps in the Troubleshooting print quality issues document HERE
If that doesn't work, I would suggest contacting HP phone support, as you may be entitled to a replacement.
Please let me know how you get on
