Re: photo reductions

Hello leroy

Are you able to create custom paper sizes still? You may need to create the paper size.

Have you tried re-installing the printer software?

Re: photo reductions

Yes, I reinstalled the software disc for the f4180. I can still do custom sizes, but only down to 3x5 size.

Hello leroy

According to the Product Specs for the Deskjet F4180 the User Defined are:

User DefinedWidth 3 to 8.5 inches (77 to 216 mm)

Length 5 to 14 inches (127 to 356 mm)

So the sizes you mentioned should not be possible.

Product Specifications Deskjet F4180

Re: photo reductions

I am sorry to say the spec you quoted me is fine, but I have always printed out small photos such as 1.25 x 1.75 in. on the only printer I have. How do you explain that? Thank you

Re: photo reductions

Hello Leroy

I am unsure how that photo size was previously possible. As a workaround you can fit one or several smaller photos on larger size paper and cut them out individually.
