Unfortunately the answer is not.

The Photosmart C309 do not provide ePrint capabilities.

I believe that the B309 is the UK version of the North American B209a printer, which is is not compatible with ePrint. Take a look through your printer's menus for something called web services, if web services aren't on your printer then it can't use ePrint.
