Hi,

 

I found the page that tells how to restrict color use using the control panel.  Here's the page: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c00597728

 

It is good advice and I have done it before but this time it is not working. The display in the control panel continues to say  I need to replace the cyan cartridge. When I go to print - nothing happens not even a message.
