Hi lindaow,
After testing I found that you need to scan to PDF for them to be in one file. If you scan to JPG then the printer will create a file for each scanned page. Refer to screens below.

I too, do NOT see the add/remove buttons on the scan page. I had to have 26 separate pages for each attachment. Very annoying.....please help. The BUTTONS do NOT show.

Lower the scan DPI setting, and then you should see the Add/Remove button.
