trying to install hp m2727 drivers

Have tried to install HP M2727 drivers on a windows 7 32bit box and keep getting runas error message (user is local admin) also error saying software not compatible.  Any suggestions?  Link below of the software we are attempting to use.

So did you try download the package first and then Run As Administrator?
