Hi glerobi,

It appears that the wireless radio is not working on this printer any longer. You have a couple options available to you.

1. Please call our technical support at 800-474-6836, and they can assist you with this hardware failure. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please click the link below to get the support number for your region.

2. You can connect the printer to your router using an Ethernet cable, but I would highly suggest you contact support first.
