DesignJet 1050C Plus Electronics Module Test

Hello, all.

A couple of weeks ago, we replaced the belt on our DesignJet 1050C Plus plotter.  After restarting the printer, it would not finish the axis scan.  Did a little reading and greasing and decided to try again today.  Today it's saying there is an error with the electronics module probably with the aerosol fan.  From what I've gathered, the Plus doesn't use an aerosol fan.  Is this true?  Do any of you have an idea as to what could be going on?

Thanks.

We had a service tech come and repair it Wednesday.  The encoder strip was not installed correctly.
