I'm trying to install printer HP LaserJet P1005 on my Windows 7 32-bit and I went through the entire install process and when it went to finish and print a test page, I got this error: 0x00000bbb -- unable to print test page.  Please outline instructions on how to fix this problem!  Thanks!!

Hello hbv23,

Please try the below steps ..

  1. Power Off the printer
  2. Unplug the cables
  3. Restart the PC
  4. Wait for 30 seconds.
  5. Power On the printer and connect the USB cable to the printer and the PC.
  6. Try printing.
  7. If issue still exists, download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor  from  www.hp.com/go/tools
Regards,
Jabzi
