Error message "The file cannot be accessed by the system"

I am trying to reinstall HP Phoosmart C7280 full setup in windows 7 64-bit.

I have downloaded the latest installation package form the website but when I try to install it I get the message "The file cannot be accesed by the system".

The file concerned is C:\Program Files\HP\(988329F4-A1A1-4D51-803C-EF2725A97627)\gup\auto. When I look for the file I can find it in the correct place. Can anyone help?

Re: Error message "The file cannot be accessed by the system"

Try right clicking on the install files and select run as administrator.  That should bypass any permissions porblems.  Let me know what happens.

I tried right clicking and running as admin, but it did not work.

@JituJhaveri  What OS are you using?  What printer are you using?  Are you logged into an administrator account?

That's strange. You should have full access to the files required for install. Make sure the install you're using isn't corrupted somehow. I'll link the drivers from HP's support site below. Try using those and let me know what happens.

The next thing to try would be to install the printer in Safe Mode.  Make sure you have the install files saved to a folder or media that you can access in Safe Mode.  Let me know what happens.
