Hi @wave21 ,
I see that you are getting a c19a0003 error and would like to know how to reset the printer. I will certainly do my best to help you.
I have provided a document related to the error that you are receiving to try and see if it will resolve the issue.
A 'There is a problem with the printer or ink system' Message Displays on the Control Panel. Disregard the error code.
Here are a couple of more documents that you go through since the error is related to the ink system.
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
I have provided this document to rule out a cartridge issue causing the error. Manually clean the contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer.
Are you using Genuine HP Cartridges?
What are the ink levels?
I can send you the reset in a private message.
