Sir, I have purchase HP Deskjet 3545 (CN41H2Q38S). Further I have purchase HP Care Pack (1+ 4 years) on 7th August 2014 through their webiste (www, timescare.in) from HP Care Pack Services. But there is no response from www.timescare.in and still not received any email / HP Care Service Pack. After purchase care pack, there is no upgrade in warranty period also. Still, the problem is not resolved.
Your team member sent HP Care Pack certificate but there is End Date is mentioned Januray 2019. The End Date of the said Pack should be August 2019.
As per their request, I have sent purchase invoice copy as they want to confirm Start Date i.e. Purchase Date of HP Deskjet 3545. After sending Scan copy of the required invoice copy, no reply is received / any intimation received from them.
The said issue is escalated to firstname.lastname@example.org but there is no response from them.
