Printer connected to router. I checked router on the comp and it says hp ...connected and active. When I perform the setup wizard to connect the printer wirelessly it says that the computer is already on the network. But when I check on the computer what is on the same network it does not find the printer. Neither does all these hp doctor and all that. It just doesnt find the printer. It's my moms computer and printer. It is windows 7. It worked fine before and just suddenly stopped. I went there yesterday to try with cable and it works fine with it but cannot set up wifi. I tried all the possible help that is on hp site. I uninstall the software 3 times at least. Possible solutions will be greatly apreciated. I am desperateThanks

Daasos, to start out sounds like this is a driver issue. I want to start with being sure that the removal of the software and reinstallation happened in the best possible fashion. I want you to follow my steps so I can be sure that we are both starting on the same page.
First if you use a USB cord, make sure to remove it (this is important). Do not plug it back in until the software directs you to. Then go through the Devices and Printers, Programs and Features and Device Manager folders and insure that all copies, files, and programs related to the printer are removed. Then as directed, restart the computer.
In the START menu type "%temp%" and press ENTER. Here I want you to press Ctrl+A and hit DELETE. Some of the files will not allow you to delete them, skip those files and delete the majority that allows it.
find and install the FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE if it is available :
Install that and let me know the result!
Have a great day!

Sorry for not replying sooner, I was with my family in France for a vacation.
I would like you to try connecting the printer using the USB cord and installing the software that way (don't connect the USB cord first, wait for the software to direct you to connect it). If that works you can use the USB to Wireless setup wizard to convert the printer over to the network.
Let me know if this works!
I hope you are having wonderful weather where you are, I came back to beautiful sunny skies!
